Lesly Montes is a Partner at Collective Entertainment, a Live Entertainment Producer, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Management Consultant. With a deep passion for music and culture, Lesly has dedicated her career to producing unforgettable experiences and engaging content for brands, fans, and artists.
Lesly began her career in the music industry as a Promotions and Events Manager at multi-platform audio and entertainment company Audacy, for a cluster of seven radio stations in South Florida, a top 5 market. During her four-year tenure, she curated and produced over 50 events including two music festivals and arena concerts, while also overseeing radio promotion initiatives for major label artist tours, single and album releases in the market. This role allowed her to collaborate with renowned artists and labels, further honing her expertise in live entertainment, brand partnerships, and audience engagement.
As a Producer, Lesly has managed large-scale event productions, marketing campaigns, and additional projects for a wide range of clients across the United States. Her portfolio spans industries including music, lifestyle, health, and activism.
She frequently serves as a production consultant for prestigious events such as Ultra Music Festival, iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball, #iVoted Concerts series, and various independent concerts, and events nationwide.
In her role as Events Director for the non-profit initiative #iVoted Concerts, Lesly has overseen the planning and execution of digital and live events. Notably, she played a pivotal role in co-producing the #iVoted Festival, the largest digital concert in history, held on election night 2020. The event featured over 450 artists, including Billie Eilish, Trey Anastasio of Phish, Maggie Rogers, Young the Giant and more. The 2022 edition included 300+ artists such as Run the Jewels, CNCO, and Tom Morello, alongside partnerships with Live Nation, AEG, and NIVA to create a concert sweepstakes.
Lesly’s work has been featured in Variety, Billboard, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Alternative Press, The Huffington Post, ESPN, Yahoo Entertainment, Miami New Times, and more.
In 2023, Lesly joined Collective Entertainment as a partner alongside music industry veterans Emily White and Melissa Garcia.
A passionate advocate for mental health and community well-being, Lesly is pursuing certifications supported by grant awards from ONDCP (The Office of National Drug Control Policy, a component of the Executive Office of the President of the United States) to further her journey as a Prevention Specialist. This initiative aligns with her dedication to mental health advocacy and drug use prevention, particularly within the creative communities she is a part of. She is also a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor accredited by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, with support from Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation.
In her free time, Lesly enjoys attending cultural events, traveling, and volunteering for mental health and housing non-profit organizations in her community.
